What you will be doing at Peak Legacy Ranch:

• Convert leads into customers

• Assist in animal care and training as needed

What you will bring to the job:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and phone communication skills
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Availability to work evening and weekends
• Performance-based sales experience preferred

Pay Structure:

• Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee
• $16-$27+ per hour ($16 base/$27+ in commission for motivated salespersons)
• Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics
• Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour
