We’re seeking a sales associate with a deep passion for fighting supplies and sport with exceptional face-to-face customer service. This competitive position offers daily opportunities for commissions and deal-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage and close sales in a retail setting using customer-tailored strategies, both independently and within a team.
• Navigate daily negotiations, applying tact and persuasion to ensure customer satisfaction and company success.
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously with excellent time management and customer prioritization skills.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including daily opening/closing duties and inventory tracking.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
