Sales Associate - Bang and Olufsen

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications, or any related field.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, electronics, furniture, interior design, or customer service. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused with a polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance.

• Passionate about premium audio, technology, design, and luxury lifestyle products.

• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a simple, engaging manner.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.

• Willing to be assigned to any Bang & Olufsen showroom as required.
