• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interest
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
• Assist with stocking, inventory management, and store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding new team members or managing daily store operations
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is highly desirable
• Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs effectively
• Experience with apparel stores or similar retail environments can be beneficial in understanding fast-paced retail dynamics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are vital for success in this role
