Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including processing cash, credit, and debit payments accurately
• Handle cash drawer management, ensuring precise cash handling and reconciliation at shift end
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options and assisting with loan processing and collections when necessary
• Perform data entry tasks related to sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems
• Maintain knowledge of banking procedures, financial products, and store promotions to provide informed assistance
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including stock replenishment and display setup

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cash management, and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with financial software systems and data entry processes
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using 10 key typing skills and cashiering techniques
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with retail operations
