Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred
• Ability to provide multilingual support is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with technical sales is an advantage
