Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate with exceptional sales skills, a strong team spirit, and a work-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys helping customers, and is motivated by sales success.

This role is available as Part-Time (flexible scheduling within 10 AM – 9 PM)..

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Educate customers about vape and CBD products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Work with the team to meet and exceed store goals
• Follow all compliance and safety regulations for vape & CBD sales

Requirements

• Outstanding sales and communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to succeed
• Retail or sales experience is a plus (training provided)
• Must be 21+ (per Virginia law for vape & CBD sales)

Work Schedule

• Store Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Part-Time: Flexible shifts available - 11-hour shifts, 2-3 days per week
