• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash drawer handling and cash management
• Perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns with precision
• Handle data entry tasks related to sales records, inventory updates, and customer information using financial software
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping space
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a focus on customer service excellence
• Knowledge of banking or financial services operations, including cash handling and cash drawer balancing
• Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills, and 10 key typing for efficient transaction processing
• Ability to perform data entry accurately within financial or retail software systems
• Experience with loan collections or processing is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
