Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash drawer handling and cash management
• Conduct retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns with precision
• Enter customer data into our point-of-sale and financial software systems efficiently and accurately
• Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options and assisting with loan processing and collections when necessary
• Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and stock levels are adequate
• Handle inquiries related to banking or financial services, providing clear information and guiding customers through available options

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, retail math, and financial calculations
• Familiarity with data entry, point-of-sale systems, and financial software applications
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience with loan collections, loan processing, or retail lending is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties such as processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $3,195.00 - $3,695.00 per month
