WHAT YOU'LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

Outstanding Customer Service & Sales: Warmly greet shoppers, share product insights from our latest collections, offer expert styling advice, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Merchandising & Floor Prep: Keep the sales floor fully stocked, beautifully organized, and ready for sales events, new arrivals, and special promotions.

Store & Stockroom Operations: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation across the selling floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS)

• Education & Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred, but not required—we welcome candidates with enthusiasm, , and a willingness to learn!
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills. Comfortable chatting with customers, working collaboratively with peers and management, and answering phone inquiries with proper etiquette.
• Reasoning & Adaptability: Ability to multitask effectively while remaining attentive to customer needs. A flexible team player who takes initiative and thrives without constant supervision.
• Personality & Vibe: Enthusiastic, approachable, and energetic with a genuine passion for street fashion and providing top-notch customer service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand, walk, reach, grab, and stay active continuously throughout your shift.

Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing step ladders as needed.

Ability to lift, move, and maneuver merchandise weighing at least 30 lbs.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Flexible part-time schedule required (ability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak sales periods as needed).
