For over a decade, families around the world have embraced our products, and now we’re excited to bring Nest Designs to Southeast Asia with the opening of our very first store at Paragon Mall in Singapore. Retail Associate – Full-Time / Freelance

We’re looking for friendly, proactive individuals to join our retail team. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in-store. Whether you're full-time or freelance, you’ll play a key role in helping our community find products they love.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service that goes beyond expectations
• Build genuine connections with customers and recommend products that meet their needs
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range and brand values
• Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and inventory checks
• Uphold brand and visual merchandising standards to maintain a beautiful store environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus
• A warm, approachable, and team-oriented personality
• A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Composed and calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or busy periods

Position Details

Full-Time Role

• 40 hours per week
• Must be available for both opening and closing shifts
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required

Freelance Role

• Minimum of 21 hours per week
• Must be available for at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day
