We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our 7-Eleven team!

Full-Time Position

• 6 days work week
• Able to work different shifts
• Able to rotate between both outlets when required
• Prior 7-Eleven experience preferred
• Long-term commitment preferred

Part-Time Position

• 2–5 working days per week
• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays
• Flexible with different shifts preferred
• Long-term commitment preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and excellent customer service
• Operate the cashier and handle daily payment services, including:
• Bill payments
• Cash withdrawals
• Other available 7-Eleven services
• Recommend and upsell products to maximise store sales
• Replenish, display and arrange products according to the store planogram
• Monitor product availability and maintain proper stock presentation
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the outlet is neat and organised at all times
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks and expiry management
• Follow company SOPs and operational procedures
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement to sell tobacco products
• Able to work weekends and Public Holidays
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to commit for the long term
• 7-Eleven / convenience store experience is an advantage
• For Full-Time: Able to work different shifts and rotate between outlets when required
