RI Chemical Corporation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. Based in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with customers in the chemical industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives whilst representing our company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and contributing to the continued success of RI Chemical Corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned territories to develop new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate chemical products to clients, effectively communicating their features, benefits and applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate sales terms and close agreements to meet or exceed sales targets
• Track customer orders, follow up on deliveries and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote products and generate leads
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape

What we're looking for

• Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering or BS Mechanical Engineering
• PRC Licensed Engineer – preferred
• With at least 1–2 years of work experience in Technical Sales, Service Engineering, or a related field
• With experience in technical sales, customer handling, troubleshooting, and field service
• With excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and can work under pressure
• Computer literate and familiar with worksheets and basic office applications
• With valid driver’s license is an advantage
