Sales Associate

Seiranow is a trusted Japanese wholesaler and supplier of premium skincare products, known for quality and reliability. As we expand into the B2B market, we are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team and help drive online sales and digital growth.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopify.
• Execute digital sales, promotions, branding, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze sales, customer, and category data to support business decisions and demand forecasting.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and identify opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Support service excellence and resolve customer and operational challenges.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Willing to undergo a 3-month rotation at the Tokyo Head Office.
• Collate feedback on quality and partnership
• Coordinate with business partners
