Job summary
The sales associate will be responsible for attending to customer enquires, close sales, ensure products are well shelved. They would be responsible for receiving products from the inventory and partake in stock count exercise.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers, give response to enquiries and close sales.
- Confirm payments through the payment channels, create customer invoice and confirm products paid for.
- Receive and shelve products properly.
- Account for products received, take part in stock count exercise
- Escalate customer complaint and other issues timely, ensure proper follow up is done as well
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of an OND in a related field
