Sales Associate

Part 2 Resale Clothing Co. is a curated secondhand shop in the heart of Highlands Square in Denver. Our mission is to create a community-centered space to shop, style, and swap secondhand clothing keeping great pieces in the loop and out of the landfill.

We’re looking for a friendly, fashion-loving, secondhand-obsessed Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you love discovering unique pieces, styling customers, connecting with people, and getting excited about a great find, you’ll fit right in.

This is an opportunity to join a women-owned, growing secondhand retail business at an exciting stage of our development. As we continue to grow, you’ll have the chance to learn the business, contribute ideas, and help shape the customer experience at Part 2.

What you’ll do

• Provide warm, attentive, and engaging customer service in-store
• Help customers find pieces they love and create complete looks through styling
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for secondhand fashion with customers
• Support the buying team with inventory organization, merchandising, and other buying-related tasks
• Help keep the store organized, welcoming, and visually inspiring
• Assist with store events, community initiatives, and other special projects
• Represent the Part 2 brand both in person and through social media/content when needed
• Be an active part of creating a fun, inclusive, community-focused shopping experience

We’re looking for someone who

• Is genuinely passionate about fashion, styling, and secondhand clothing
• Is outgoing, friendly, and considers themselves a true people person
• Loves connecting with customers and creating a memorable shopping experience
• Has a strong personal sense of style and an eye for putting looks together
• Is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Is excited to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment where things are always evolving
• Has retail experience
• Is comfortable creating or appearing in social media content (a plus)
• Is available to work one weekend day per week, including Sundays, with flexibility to request time off with adequate notice

• Starting at $21/hour, depending on experience
