Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
• Demonstrate products through engaging product demos, highlighting features and benefits
• Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize satisfaction and sales
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization
• Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly and confidently in multiple languages if applicable

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or electronics, is highly desirable
• Proven ability to conduct product demos and explain technical information effectively
• Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases are a plus
• Familiarity with cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Experience in upselling techniques and merchandising strategies that drive sales growth

Pay: $17.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 22.0 per week
