Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, consult, and present product collections to clients professionally.
• Create a premium customer experience that reflects the brand’s identity.
• Ensure flawless presentation of merchandise and display areas at all times.
• Engage in ongoing training to upgrade product expertise and service excellence.
• Manage sales transactions and paperwork, including tax invoices, service/repair intakes, and warranties.
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive and exceed branch sales goals.

Qualifications: Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer service standards, and basic marketing principles.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
• Proficient in essential computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to showcase products/services convincingly.
• Ability to think on your feet, handle unexpected issues smoothly, and manage challenging situations with tact.
• Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and principles to build lasting client relationships.
