Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software
• Handle cash drawer management, including cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation
• Maintain knowledge of retail products, services, and promotions to effectively inform customers
• Support daily store operations such as stock replenishment, data entry, and inventory checks
• Assist with loan processing and collections for financial services offered within the store
• Ensure the checkout area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or retail store experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cash management, and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with financial software or data entry systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
• Ability to perform cashiering duties including processing cash transactions and 10-key typing efficiently
• Experience in banking or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail for loan processing and cash drawer accuracy

Pay: $24.16 - $29.09 per hour
