Join our team to drive active outreach for Hiraible — connecting clients and candidates on our AI-powered recruitment platform.
This is a phone-first, target-driven role for someone who's comfortable picking up the phone and doesn't wait for leads to come to them. Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective clients and candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline Meet weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and candidates

What We're Looking For:
Sales, telesales, or business development experience preferred
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Strong communication skills in English and Urdu Self-motivated and target-driven
Working Days: Monday – Saturday | Mode: Onsite
