• Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This is an office-based role focused on generating business opportunities by contacting potential clients across the Middle East and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our premium water filtration solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings between interested clients and our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the company CRM.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects until meetings are confirmed.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Stay updated on our products and services to confidently communicate their key benefits.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
