We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join the team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in San Fernando, Pampanga. Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospecting potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients in a clear, persuasive and professional manner
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve sales targets and close deals successfully
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions using company systems
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
• Provide excellent customer service and address client enquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about products, services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice to customers
• Participate in sales training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively
• Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and sales software applications
• Professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, services and sales techniques
• Valid driver's licence and own transportation would be advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in business or sales are preferred
