Be the Face of CWC Retail

CWC Retail is building a new direct-to-consumer flagship showroom in Makati, bringing some of the world's most respected furniture and design brands directly to design-conscious customers.

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Associate who is passionate about design, enjoys engaging with people, and understands how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As the frontline face of CWC Retail, you will welcome customers into our showroom, introduce them to our premium furniture collection, provide thoughtful product recommendations, and help turn showroom visits into successful sales and long-term client relationships.

What You'll DoDeliver an Exceptional Showroom Experience

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm, professional, and engaging approach.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and requirements to provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers through CWC Retail's premium furniture and design collection.
• Provide knowledgeable, consultative product presentations and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and create a memorable showroom experience.

Support the Sales Journey

• Manage the customer journey from initial inquiry through product selection and transaction.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving showroom sales targets.
• Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and orders in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers after showroom visits and purchases to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Maintain Premium Showroom Standards

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Maintain product displays, staging, signage, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor showroom stock and floor samples and promptly flag replenishment or display requirements.
• Ensure all products and customer-facing areas consistently reflect CWC's premium standards.

Coordinate Order Fulfillment

• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Help ensure customers receive the same level of service throughout the purchasing and delivery process.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams when needed.

Support Events & Brand Activations

• Assist with showroom events, product launches, client activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent CWC Retail and its partner brands professionally during customer and industry events.
• Contribute to creating an engaging and inspiring showroom environment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in retail, sales, luxury retail, hospitality, furniture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• A natural, consultative approach to sales — you enjoy understanding what customers need rather than simply selling a product.
• Genuine interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, or premium/luxury brands.
• Presentable, personable, confident, and comfortable engaging with high-net-worth and design-conscious clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, hands-on showroom team.
• Willingness to learn about premium furniture products, materials, design, and brands.
• This position is not open to fresh graduates. Prior work experience is required.

Work Setup

• Compressed work-week (rotational 2 days off)
• Work Location: Makati City
