Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and maintains accurate sales documentation, reports, and customer records in a timely manner to support effective sales operations and decision-making.
• Coordinates with the Sales, Finance, and Operations Department to ensure efficient workflow, proper account management, and strict compliance with company standards and policies.
• Executes assigned administrative tasks, supports organized sales operations, and helps maintain proper account and accreditation records to ensure consistency and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, documentation, or customer support. Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to relocate or work in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
