Job Description

• Assist customers visiting the pop-up kiosk and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Introduce and demonstrate aromatic diffusers, fragrance oils, and related products.
• Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and product assistance to encourage purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods with precision.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range, features, and benefits to effectively advise customers and answer product-related inquiries.
• Stock and replenish shelves and display areas throughout the store, ensuring products are well-organized, clearly labeled, and visually appealing.
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets and promotional objectives during peak trading seasons.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, including shelves, displays, and customer areas.
• Assist with visual merchandising and the setup of seasonal displays and promotional materials.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Accurate in handling cash and processing sales transactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform stocking/lifting duties.
• Reliable and flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Enthusiastic about retail and consumer products, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Basic computer literacy and POS system experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the fragrance or luxury industry is a strong advantage

Work Arrangements

• Work Location: SM Podium, SM City Cebu, SM City Seaside, SM Nuvali
• Work Shift: 6 days per week, with an 8-hour shift
• Opening Shift: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
• Closing Shift: 1:00PM-10:00PM

Shift schedules may vary depending on mall operating hours

• Work Set-up: Onsite

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
