Sales Associate

Malabar Gold & Diamonds, a fast-growing jewellery group with over 400+ showrooms spread across 14 countries is on the lookout for 'Sales Associate' for our store in Birmingham & Leicester.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product
• Handle customer queries and complains efficiently
• Provide superlative customer service and enhance repeat sales/ customer loyalty
• Achieve category wise sales target
• Manage stock in the store and support stock replenishment
• Maintain safety of Jewelry displayed
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities assigned

Qualification and Skill

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (Jewellery sales experience preferred)
• Good communication skills and immaculate grooming
• Strong selling skills and customer oriented
• Education- High School, Bachelors degree preferred
