Position Overview

Alpha Tint is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in helping customers find the right products and services while managing incoming leads, building customer relationships, and helping drive sales.

The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, comfortable with technology, organized, and motivated by achieving sales goals. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, through text, and online
• Respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and services
• Prepare and send customer estimates and quotes
• Sell Alpha Tint's products and services, including:
• Window Tint
• Detailing & Ceramic Coatings
• PPF
• Wheels & Tires
• Truck Accessories
• Car Audio
• Remote Starts
• Custom Graphics & Vinyl
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services when appropriate
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer needs with the installation team
• Maintain accurate customer information and lead follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Help keep the showroom and sales area clean, organized, and professional
• Assist with social media, promotions, and other marketing efforts when needed
• Work toward individual and company sales goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first inquiry through completion of the job

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and leads
• Comfortable using computers, phones, texting, and social media
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Automotive knowledge or sales experience is a plus
• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred
