About the Opportunity

Homestretch Roofing is a growing local roofing company looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants to develop sales skills, and likes being rewarded for performance.

You are NOT responsible for selling roofs. Your job is simple: talk with homeowners, identify potential roofing needs, and set appointments for our sales team to provide a free roof inspection. Our experienced sales representatives take it from there.

Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Louisville area

Introduce Homestretch Roofing to homeowners

Have short, friendly conversations about the condition of their roof

Identify homeowners who may benefit from a roof inspection

Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team

Accurately record appointment and homeowner information

Represent Homestretch Roofing professionally in the community

Participate in team goals, competitions, and sales contests

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-7:00 PM

Approximately 20 hours per week. Ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time afternoon/evening work.

Compensation

$15/hour guaranteed base pay

Bonuses for qualified appointments set

Top performers can earn $25-$30+/hour in total compensation
