Duties

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Manage cash drawer accurately by performing cash handling, balancing registers, and ensuring proper cash management procedures.
• Support retail store operations by maintaining organized displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Utilize basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and managing retail math tasks efficiently.
• Enter customer data into point-of-sale systems accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments.
• Strong retail store experience with familiarity in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Excellent basic math skills and proficiency in data entry using financial software or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to process cash transactions quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to engage customers confidently and provide excellent service.
