Sales Associate

Custom Truck Creations in East Rochester, NY is seeking a full-time Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions regarding products and services.
• Drive sales through engaging customers, suggesting additional products, and sharing product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Present and sell company products and services.
• Schedule and deliver presentations.
• Track sales activity and maintain customer account information in CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Provide feedback to the company on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales (automotive sales experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record in sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and open to feedback.

Additional details

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
• Work Location: East Rochester, with potential travel one day a week.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
