Sales Associate

Easylink is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and explain our payment/remittance solutions to clients.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact until closing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Experience in payment gateway, fintech, remittance, banking, or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Willing to conduct client visits and other sales-related activities when required.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
