Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Promote and sell retail products and financial services, including retail lending options
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and 10-key typing systems
• Handle cash drawer management, ensuring precise cash handling and reconciliation at shift end
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store merchandise, promotions, and financial software systems
• Support loan processing and collections activities by providing excellent customer service
• Enter data efficiently into retail and financial databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store operations preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cash management, and retail math calculations
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately using financial software systems
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not required
• Experience with loan collections or processing is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a team-oriented environment
