Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales & Customer Service.

This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute outgoing sales calls to hit set goals per shift.
• Greet customers warmly, provide studio & schedule information to walk-in and phone prospective clients.
• Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Check in all customers with class appointments.
• Identify customer needs and recommending suitable membership options for purchase.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues within scope of role.
• Light cleaning duties.
• Maintain organized merchandising & amenity displays to attract customers.

Availability

Club Pilates Westfield is currently hiring for the following shifts, for consideration, all applicants are required to fulfill the following shift availability:

• Mondays 3:30PM-9:30PM
• Sundays 7:30AM-1:30PM

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in retail or office setting, with focus on sales & reception role.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts.
• Experience with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
