• Sell new and used vehicles
• Work internet, phone, showroom, and repeat/referral opportunities
• Build and maintain your personal customer base
• Follow up aggressively and professionally with unsold prospects
• Demonstrate vehicles and present product benefits
• Structure and present deals with management
• Negotiate professionally and ask for the sale
• Maintain accurate CRM activity
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Work as part of a team while taking ownership of your individual results
