Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs and product inquiries
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various merchandise
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining store standards

Requirements

• Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to communicate with diverse customer groups is preferred
• Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is advantageous
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operation, and transaction accuracy
• Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain store cleanliness
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
