About the Role

We are looking for a smart, polished, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate understands premium customer service, pays attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain high standards of product display and store presentation
• Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle transactions and keep accurate sales records
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
• Gift wrapping skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury retail store
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented with a good sense of style and professionalism
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Computer literate (EPOS systems, basic Microsoft Office, etc.)
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
