Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to farms and selling oils and lubricants directly to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Duties

• Drive to various farms and agricultural sites to promote and sell oils and lubricants.
• Identify potential customers and establish new business relationships through proactive outreach.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients in a professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate oils and lubricants based on their needs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and coordinate with logistics teams as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently to farms and rural locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of oils, lubricants, or agricultural products is a plus but not mandatory.
