As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through product knowledge and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist with retail math calculations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• Familiarity with product demonstrations to effectively showcase merchandise.
• Experience using POS systems for processing sales transactions is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
