Sales Associate

Job Summary:

The Store Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling the company's products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The position requires a customer-oriented, approachable, and sales-driven individual who can effectively assist customers and contribute to the overall performance of the store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Explain product features, specifications, prices, promotions, and payment options.
• Promote products and actively work toward achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS or other company systems.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare receipts, invoices, and other required sales documents.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, priced, and organized.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and sales area.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the appropriate personnel for replenishment.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring as needed.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Store Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist in store promotions, marketing activities, and other sales initiatives.
• Provide feedback regarding customer preferences, product demand, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare required sales and store-related reports.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, store sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant customer-facing experience may be considered.
• With a pleasant, approachable, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
• Sales-driven and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to the company's store location.
