Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Preferably with pleasing personality

• Knowledgeable and willing to do live selling

• Must be comfortable conducting in-person product demonstrations as part of live selling activities

• Keep the store clean and orderly and arrange product displays and signages

• Assist in recording daily orders in-store and online

• Answers customer queries in a friendly and professional manner by addressing their needs, offering suggestions, providing product information, etc.

• Undergraduate and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Have a passion for selling and getting the best for our customers, willing to live selling

• Highly interested in motorcycle helmets and accessories

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of motorcycle helmet product features and specifications

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills

• Have a strong sense of customer service

• Proficient in MS Office such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Google live sheets

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid set up
