Business Development Representative – Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

BrandMage is looking for ambitious, self-motivated people who want the freedom to control both their schedule and their earning potential.

This is a commission-based sales role with uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and flexible hours. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary — what you earn is directly tied to the business you generate.

If you’re good at talking to people, building relationships, and creating opportunities, there is no artificial ceiling on what you can make.

What You’ll Be Selling

BrandMage helps businesses improve the way they operate and grow through solutions such as:

• Websites and digital experiences
• CRM systems
• Business automation
• Lead management and follow-up systems
• Custom digital solutions
• Process and workflow improvements

Our projects vary in size, which means individual commissions can vary significantly as well.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help create new business opportunities for BrandMage by:

• Finding and reaching out to potential clients
• Connecting with business owners and decision-makers
• Starting conversations and identifying business needs
• Qualifying potential clients
• Following up with interested prospects
• Helping move opportunities through the sales process
• Building relationships that can turn into long-term clients

You won’t be stuck working a traditional 9–5 schedule. This role is designed around results, not clocking hours.

Sales experience is a plus, but we care heavily about communication, work ethic, and the ability to create opportunities.

This is not a traditional salaried position.

It’s a flexible, performance-driven sales opportunity for someone who wants the ability to build their own income without a fixed commission ceiling.
