Sales Associate

We are looking for a Punjabi speaking, motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who has a genuine interest in jewellery, sales, customer service, and social media. The successful candidate will help customers in-store while also engaging with our online community through social media.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing a warm and professional experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend jewelry based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.
• Develop strong product knowledge across jewelry and precious metals.
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages through social media platforms.
• Engage with customers through comments, direct messages, and other online interactions.
• Follow up with potential customers and help convert online inquiries into in-store visits and sales.
• Assist with social media content, including product posts, stories, reels, and customer engagement.
• Stay up to date with jewelry trends, styles, and social media trends.
• Maintain a polished and professional presentation of the showroom and products.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Punjabi speaking is a must have.
• Strong knowledge or genuine interest in jewelry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers both in person and through social media.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to understand customer needs and make thoughtful product recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn product information quickly.
• Previous experience creating or assisting with social media content is an asset.
