Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including processing cash, credit, and debit payments accurately using cash drawers and cash management systems
• Handle retail store operations such as stock replenishment, product displays, and inventory checks
• Support banking functions by processing cash transactions, balancing cash drawers, and maintaining accurate records of sales and deposits
• Perform basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and financial transactions with precision using retail math skills
• Enter customer data into financial software systems efficiently while ensuring data accuracy
• Assist with loan processing and collections by explaining financial products, collecting payments, and following up on overdue accounts

Experience

• Prior retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store operations is highly preferred
• Experience in banking or financial services enhances your ability to handle financial transactions confidently
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math proficiency to accurately handle cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations
• Data entry experience to ensure precise recordkeeping within financial software systems
• Knowledge of loan collections and processing procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
