Sales Associate

About the Position

We are a small, independent car dealership that operates on a hybrid work model, offering the flexibility to complete approximately 75% of your work from home. This primarily involves communicating with potential buyers, responding to inquiries, and generating leads through platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp.

The remaining 25% of the job involves meeting with customers, showing vehicles, and completing sales transactions at our private office, conveniently located just one exit past River Park Shopping Center.

Compensation & Expectations

This is a 100% commission-based position with commissions ranging from $250–$500 per vehicle, depending on the final selling price.

Our target is a minimum of 10 vehicle sales per month, which translates to approximately $2,500–$5,000 in monthly commissions at that sales volume. Your earning potential increases as your sales volume grows.

Who We’re Looking For

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven by financial goals. Success in this role requires initiative, consistent follow-up with potential buyers, and the ability to take ownership of your sales performance without constant supervision.

Please apply only if you are hungry, motivated, and ready to put in the work to earn your money. This position is best suited for someone who values independence, takes initiative, and is serious about meeting sales targets.
