We’re Hiring: Retail Sales Associates

Supplement Zone | Bangalore

Immediate openings: Horamavu, Marathahalli/Munnekolala, Belahalli and Electronic City.

We are looking for energetic, persuasive and ambitious sales professionals who can actively generate business and consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Convert store walk-ins into sales through product explanations and recommendations.

* Increase bill value through relevant upselling and combo offers.

* Generate local and outstation orders through outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach and regular follow-ups.

* Build relationships with customers, gyms, trainers and gym owners to drive repeat business.

* Respond promptly to enquiries and follow leads through to confirmed orders.

* Use Zoho POS/billing software daily for accurate billing, customer records and sales entries.

* Maintain Excel reports covering calls, follow-ups, orders and sales.

* Support stock checks, expiry tracking and store presentation.

Requirements

* Strong communication, persuasion and sales-closing skills.

* Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Excel.

* Ability to learn and use Zoho POS/billing software daily; prior experience preferred.

* Retail sales experience preferred, especially in supplements, fitness or related products.

* Discipline, consistent follow-up and ownership of sales results.

Performance Expectations

This is a target-based sales role. Performance will be measured through daily sales activity, conversions, revenue, repeat business and local/outstation orders. We need proactive people who create sales opportunities and deliver results.
