Automotive Sales Representative

Compensation: $68,217 – $180,000+ per year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Perform test drives and professional product presentations
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups
• Manage customer relationships using CRM systems
• Negotiate deals and close sales while delivering excellent customer service
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay up to date with inventory and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience is preferred, especially in automotive, retail, or B2B
• No experience? No problem. We provide training and help you build your career as a professional sales representative
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to earn through performance
• Bilingual or trilingual (English / Spanish / Portuguese) is a strong plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
