We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with UPS shipping, packaging, and returns.
• Promote and sell store products and services, including printing, mailbox rentals, packaging, and business services.
• Process Amazon returns, Happy Returns, and other drop-off services accurately.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions.
• Assist with printing, copying, scanning, and other document services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
• Follow company policies and complete required training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable learning new technology.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 40–50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• The UPS Store experience is preferred but not required.

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
