Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and available financing options
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Handle cash drawer management, ensuring correct cash handling and balancing at shift end
• Support retail sales initiatives by promoting store promotions and new product launches
• Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting
• Assist with loan processing, collections, and retail lending activities as needed
• Enter data efficiently into retail management software to track sales, inventory, and customer information

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Strong knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus
• Familiarity with retail store operations, including cash handling and cashiering procedures
• Basic math skills for cash management, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
• Ability to perform data entry accurately using 10 key typing skills and financial software applications
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and resolve inquiries confidently
• Experience with loan collections, loan processing, or retail lending enhances your fit for this role
