About the Role

Join the Connor Goulton Team at BD Realty as a Real Estate Sales Associate.

We're looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to work directly alongside Connor, supporting all aspects of a busy and growing real estate business.

This is a hands-on position combining sales, administration, client relationships and property marketing. No two days will be the same!

Previous real estate experience is not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, nurture and follow up potential buyers and sellers
• Handle buyer enquiries, outbound calls and database prospecting
• Assist with open homes, private inspections, building and pest inspections and bank valuations
• Coordinate property marketing, photography and listing preparation
• Prepare vendor reports, buyer feedback and client communications
• Manage appointments, calendars, CRM systems and daily administrative tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
• Assist with contracts, compliance documentation and sales progression
• Identify new business opportunities and help generate property appraisals
• Work closely with Connor to ensure the business runs efficiently and clients receive exceptional service

About You

• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable and able to take initiative without constant direction
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people
• Positive, hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using computers, technology and CRM systems
• Passionate about delivering great customer service
• Current Queensland driver's licence and reliable transport
• Current QLD real estate salesperson registration or willingness to obtain it

Real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
