Sales Associate

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, references, and field visits
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable financial/loan products
• Explain company services clearly and build strong client relationships
• Fix meetings with potential clients and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and status updates
• Assist clients in documentation and ensure timely submission
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Resolve client queries and provide proper guidance throughout the process
• Stay updated about loan products, interest rates, and market trends
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products when possible
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team
